It’s not rocket science

…but it is another step in Canada’s 50-year history of satellite development! Congratulations to the student astro engineering group, Space Concordia, for winning the first Canadian Satellite Design Challenge. Fittingly, the prize was awarded during Canada On Orbit celebrations to mark the launch – 50 years ago – of Alouette 1, Canada’s first satellite. Next steps, the launch. Now to find a suitable rocket!
