Today I made a foot-bath from Lignum Vitae. Sort of. Shown next to President Lincoln on a US penny it certainly looks like he’s jumped into this 1/144 scale goblet.
It was only as I was zooming in to take this photo that I spotted him sitting on his Memorial, perched just where I’d placed the goblet!
The goblet is about 0.3 mm (0.012″) diameter. At this scale I don’t so much worry about sneezing and losing it on the floor, but more about accidentally breathing it in….
