As the title already indicates, a Oneway is pretty much the best woodturning lathe in its class. If you had lots of money, and much more time than me to use this beauty, you might be able to justify the investment. Sadly, I can’t, so my workshop – just like my garage – is not graced by one of these. Done in my favourite scale of 1/144, however, I can get whatever I like.
This scale model of a Oneway 2436 lathe is 10.6 mm long, made of birch, cherry and a piece of brass, and it is surrounded by turned items made of Padauk, Cherry, and Lignum Vitae.
Only a Oneway lathe? All my lathes work both ways!
Both ways Mark? As far as I can see all your lathes are Single Pole!
