With every printer being different it would be somewhat difficult to describe how to take them apart, but any motor (or use a dremel/jobmate/any brand rotary tool and tape it to a piece of wood that you then clamp to the table. Use dowel from the dollar store for blanks: most rotary tools come with a 3/32″ and 1/8″ collet, for use with dowel those sizes.
