I’ve been on a bit of a space trip in recent weeks, gathering the materials and the muse to create miniature replicas of some real (and some far-fetched) inter-planetary constellations that are all part of the package for a rocket scientist.
Along with the spalted maple, ebony, yellowheart, purpleheart, walnut, maple and bloodwood, there’s also a bit of brass holding the solar panels in place on the satellite. Looks like I’m finally venturing into steampunk!
